Say NO to WINTER BLUES http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MinQY0m0vQg Click me This was a tourism promotion by the Canary Island's government to promote the islands to Northern Europe to combat the “winter blues”. I cast 1oo promotional staff and sent them across Northern Europe to promote the Islands. This received extensive media coverage across Europe, and this communication campaign won two awards (Best International Launch Campaign, and the Award for Innovation in Media). http://cargocollective.com/chuwi/Say-NO-to-Winter-Blues 4
  5. 5. United States of Tara by Toni Collette The presentation of the series United States of Tara in the Spanish film market by Toni Collette. I have a strong experience doing artist liaison. My role was managing the client, the event’s organization (decoration, catering, technics production, simultaneous translator), budget control and coordinating the event and the Media that day. 5
  6. 6. Pep Guardiola & Qatar I organised the candidacy presentation for Qatar to host the 2022 FIFA World Cup. This was hosted by ambassador Pep Guardiola who was the coach of Barcelona FC at the time. Finally Qatar was elected to host the 2022 World Cup. 6
  7. 7. Backstage-Goya Awards * The Goya Awards are Spain's main national film awards, and the fourth most important film awards in the world. I set up the backstage for the Goya Awards* to provide hair and make-up for nominated artists. I arranged Max Factor and Wella brands from P&G to provide this service. 7
  8. 8. Gatorade Fitness with Roberto Carlos http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LY4qK93b3rI A massive event was organized to promote Gatorade Fitness with one of the biggest soccer players in the world, Roberto Carlos from Real Madrid. 3 big schools were invited and all of the Media were there. 8

Urban Weekend by Pepsi Video from one of the guests: “This video is in memory of the dream that we could make the last 10 and 11 of November! certainly was all magic with a star that shone as always! Chenoa!. THANKS A PEPSI AND FOSTER'S HOLLYWOOD by this dream come true”. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZACCt8UqnWo 80 finalists from all over Spain had the opportunity to spend an all expenses paid weekend in Madrid. I organised all the logistics which included a tour around Madrid, kart racing in Carlos Sainz Centre, spa sessions and a special concert with Chenoa (one of the most popular singers in Spain) on the roof of a 5 star hotel. 9
  10. 10. Senso touch 3D with Iker Casillas Firstly a shoot with Ikear Casillas, the Real Madrid’s and Spanish national team’s goal keeper, was organized for the press kit. A few days later the product presentation was done in front of a large number of Media. We achieved amazing Media coverage because just at that time the Spanish national team was in the World Championship ‘s finals. 10
  11. 11. HOS of Samsonite Every year Samsonite organize this event in a different continent, and in 2009 it was in Madrid. This was for the presentation of the new collection with the special edition by Viktor & Rolf. For this event I collaborated with our colleagues from London. 11

Maria Vasco sweat test * Maria Vasco (born December 26, 1975 in Barcelona) won the bronze medal over 20 km at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney, and the bronze medal at the 2007 World Championships in Osaka. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mar%C3%ADa_Vasco Gatorade proved with Maria Vasco*, a Spanish Olympic race walker, that her results were improved by drinking Gatorade. Once finalized a press conference was set up to present the results of the test to the Media. 12
  13. 13. IKEA mattresses IKEA set up 30 mattresses on the street in one of the busiest spots in Madrid. People could try the different mattresses of IKEA while they received a massage by a physiotherapist team. 13
  14. 14. ING Direct office inauguration Inauguration of the ING Direct office in Sevilla with the City Council and Media as guests. They enjoyed Fernando Alonso’s F1 car. At that Alonso’s team was sponsored by ING Direct. 14

Product launches by P&G 3 days of product presentations bringing together the most important Media specialized in beauty, held in the spectacular Villa Padierna Hotel (the hotel that accommodated Michelle Obama during her only visit to Spain). P&G presented to the Media the 4 new products of the moment. All logistics, activities and the coordination of all that happened in every moment was organized by my events team. 15
  16. 16. Be healthy with McDonald’s McDonald’s organized an event for the passers-by to convey the importance of having a healthy lifestyle and encourage them to do exercise. Media were invited to cover this highly publicised event which resulted in a very high level of public attendance. 16
  17. 17. Kellogg’s All-bran Tour With Kellogg’s I organized a “road show” around the north coast of Spain to promote All-bran among the population. We spent 2 months travelling and setting up this event in 15 different cities. 17
  18. 18. RECOMMENDATION “ I´ve had the chance to work with Marta when I was at Pepsi Spain as Operational Marketing Manager and she was part of my PR Team at Ketchum PR agency. I would say that Marta is a passionate, practical, empathic, creative and original thinker. She has great curiosity about business where she works with, people and ideas, and plenty of common sense that she applied to solving many problems when we were working together. In addition, she demonstrated the capacity of observation, and an ability to understand client and business needs in effective ways. Marta also demonstrated his technical and analytical abilities in helping create the most relevant PR brand events for Pepsi and many other Pepsi Bottling Group beverages that we were managing at that time. Her areas of expertise in events are debriefing, planning, presentation, production, logistics, team management, negotiations and evaluation.
