This newsletter serves as a road map to guide you throug h the necessary steps to your success with MKG IMO. As a reminder, we provide you the vehicle to your success. You hav e to get in the drivers seat and start driving . First of all, let discuss the Key Buildin g Blocks of Success. It starts with your prospect list. You can downlo a d a template of your prospect list here. Next, you must identify your weekly locatio n for Business Ownersh ip Presentat io n (BOP). It could be a weekly meetin g at your local area, a week ly web inar with the comp an y or your key leaders, or a month ly event of Super Saturday / Execut ive lunch-eon / Dinner. You must mak e a com-mitme n t to atten d the BOP at least twice a week . Each time you go the meetin g or attend the webinar, you must invite guests to the meetin g or webin ar. Remem be r, your investment of time at the meeting will have a much better return if you are there with guests or your team members. Your job is to invite not to conv in ce. Make sure that you edify your presenter, and let the presenter do the convin cin g job for you. Click here to down lo ad the latest BOP. After the meetin g , there are two possible outcomes: 1. Yes, they wan t to becom e a team member or a client 2. No, they are interested but do not have time right now or not interested. Follow the flow chart abo v e for follow up steps for each scenario. Discipline and Accountability After you create your prospect list, you must have a meth o d o lo g y of your daily activ ities. It’s import a n t to understand the simple concep t. With my own personal experience, I sent out invita-tion emails before for finan cial ser-vices, and did not get much respo n se from it, However, when I started sendin g out invita tio n s abou t Obama care and how to capture this oppor-tunity to the same mailin g list, I got much more responses from it. Many prospects wen t to my web site and joined the compan y on their own after reading the invitatio n . The timin g could not be better. After that use constant contact to import your contact list from your email and email them out.
