This presentation is an exploration of online crowdsourcing via social media networks leading to ROI. It documents a 24 hour experiment using #DesignPinThurs with Pinterest as a starting point, then adding Twitter to enhance engagement. By day's end, we built a Pinterest board as a visual record of the collaboration with those who attended. Conversations in real-time using 
mobile devices, infused with images, 
are the level of engagement that brands 
will need near-term, especially if 
their goal is to influence the buying decisions of GenY.
