competition, the BetFred Super League.
The Eagles began their life at Owlerton
Stadium in 1984 and played an essential
part of the Sheffield sporting landscape
since then, playing a key role in the local
community and famously, against all
odds, beating Wigan Warriors in 1998
to lift the Challenge Cup in the final at
Wembley.
The club has faced an interesting 33 year
existence and in recent history became
the first Championship side to win the
Championship Grand Final in consecutive
years, achieving this in 2012 & 2013.
With the exciting new league format
seeing the return of promotion and
relegation it ensures intense, exciting and
crucial matches all season.
The future looks bright for the Eagles will
the developments at the Olympic Legacy
Park at Don Valley which will be the new,
permanent home of the club.

held three times a year at the excellent
Baldwins Omega. They provide a relaxed
atmosphere and ideal opportunity for you
to network with some of the region’s best
