I would like to take an opportunity to offer a formal recommendation for Mr. Mark Collier.
Having known Mark for just over a year, I feel that he is a deserving candidate for any
food service management team.
One of his many outstanding personal qualities is that he is a man who will make things
happen. He possesses a clear vision and a path to make it materialize. He is highly
respected with my colleges and the staff of our vendor support.
Mark brings a level of professionalism to the job that is uncommon among my other 40
customers. He stands out because of his abilities to understand the sourcing of food
stuffs, the on-line ordering process and a very complicated delivery process. He
understood the on-line ordering process quickly without assistance when it is common
that I train a customer several times to achieve the basic functions. He puts all elements
of logistics together to assure he has the product to provide top restaurant quality fare to
his customers in a very remote austere location. This all doesn't happen without
diligence, a good work ethic and the ability to visualize a program and put the pieces
together to make it successful. I have had the privilege to visit his facility and observed
that the end product was just as professionally crafted as were the processes to source.
Mark has been successful and has the potential to succeed in most anything he would
put his mind to. I have been able to observe Mr. Collier during meetings and when
working with people. He sets a standard with a straight forward approach that makes
the path clear and achievable. Consistency and a take-charge attitude make him an
effective communicator. Mark has outstanding organizational skills. It is reported that his
efforts have created a happier and more productive team.
