JBCStyle & Janou Pakter were retained by the Gap
to spearhead the formation and relocation of their
Global Merchandising team. The project was
carried out over the course of 13 months and
resulted in 47 successful new hires from the SVP
level down to the Assistant level. JBC provided an
onsite recruiting resource to act as a liaison
between Gap leadership and the JBC recruiting
team.
Ralph Lauren
JBCStyle was selected by RL as an onsite partner in a
formal managed program to manage all freelance and
temporary staffing out of their NYC headquarters for
several tranches of business lines in New York, New
Jersey and North Carolina. This ongoing project has
served to increase the deliverables on the talent front
while offering cost savings for the company. JBC is
simultaneously managing all agency relationships and
sourcing for roles across all divisions. Janou Pakter
continues to perform numerous retained senior level
searches for RL as well as having been retained to
produce multiple market intelligence projects used by
the brand.
Facebook
JBCconnect was selected as one of a select group
of elite agencies to establish and support an
onsite managed program with Facebook. The
program required JBC to build an onsite team in
Menlo Park, CA and New York City. The program
supports building 200 + Talent Acquisition team
members for Facebook Globally as well as select
creative and technical searches.
Chicos/WHBM
In addition to traditional staffing support across
the organization in Fl and NY JBCStyle & Janou
Pakter have been contained into project hiring's
by Chicos / WHBM for several talent pool build
outs including but not limited to Supply Chain,
Design and Retail.
Swatch Group
When the Swatch Group decided it was time to
relocate measured portions of their business to So.
Fl, they engaged JBC to manage select out
placement services in NY as well as the buildout of
several core positons for day to day brand
operations in Florida including planning Ecomm,
HR, Operations, US Brand Management and
Marketing.
Revlon
JBC has managed an RPO program with Revlon
for several growth verticals including but not
limited to Supply Chain and R&D functions in the
U.S., Europe and Africa.
Jacob Javits Center
JBC was selected by the Jacob Javits Center and its
Hospitality Partner Centerplate as an onsite partner to
support the general hospitality staffing of all Jacob
Javits Shows, Exhibitions and or Conferences. This
opportunity brings on hundreds of front of house and
back of house temporary labor weekly for the setup,
execution of and break down of all events across light
industrial and general hospitality staffing.
Unilever
When the Magnum. Pure Leaf, Talenti and T2
brands decided it was time to bring their
retail experience shops to the US, they
retained JBC to manage the entire process
from buildout to full retail operations.
Currently the first US store for Magnum and
T2 were massive successes in NYC which is
staffed and operated by JBC and JBC is
launching several stores for 2017.
