  3. 3. Suddenly---<br />Retirement time for original owners Franco and Giovanni<br />who wants to buy a custom shoe shop?<br />Not us, say the craftspeople.<br />So Franco and Giovannio sell to Peter Sunrocco, a man with new ideas.<br />
  4. 4. Lots of Changes!<br />Peter jumps right in and hires new managers and opens a branch store in the “Gay Village”, a place the craftsmen do not like<br />The craftsmen murmer among themselves. Two walk out.<br />Peter hears the craftsmens’ complaints second hand from Giovanni and is very concerned<br />
  5. 5. Peter asks for help<br />“I don’t want to lose any more people. Have you got any advice for me?”<br />
  6. 6. Yes! We Have Advice!<br />Group 3 steps in, analyses the situation and comes up with solutions to solve Fancy Footwears problems. <br />
