The December 2011 MSI of 8.9 months wasat a mid range compared with December of 2010 and 2009. Market TimeThe average Days On Market(DOM) shows how many days the average Property is on the Market before it sells. An upward trend in DOMtends to indicate a move towards more of a Buyers market, a downward trend a move towards more of a Sellers market. The DOM forDecember was 76, up 2.7% from 74 days last month and down -20.0% from 95 days in December of last year. The December 2011 DOM wasat a mid range compared with December of 2010 and 2009.
