  4. 4. VOCABULARY  Ligaments: Connect bones to each other.  Muscles: Can stretch and contract.  Bones: The skeleton is made up of bones.  Tendons: Attach muscles to the bones.
  5. 5. VOCABULARY  The joint.  Our bones are connected to each other at the joint. Some joints can move, while other joints can not move at all.
