  7. 7. Company Structure and Finances Company Structure  PI operates under a Company Title - Residents will achieve ownership of the property, through ownership of a company share. What will Residents pay?  Try Before You Buy Period – 12 month’s  10% of the agreed price of the unit as a holding fee  75% of their Australian Disability Support Pension to PI  Post Day 366  75% of their Disability Support Pension is paid to PI  11% Australian Disability Support Pension (DSP) to pay off a loan (if a resident has one, other wise these monies are returned to the resident  89% Australian Disability Support Pension covers operating expenses
