Re: Letter of Reference, Maria Laura Gasparini
To Whom It May Concern,
I employed Maria in late June 2010 as a Food & Beverage Attendant. Initially, her
duties involved being a member of our restaurant breakfast team and her key
responsibilities involved taking care of hotel guests during breakfast as well as
performing mini bar and room service duties.
Maria’s excellent work ethic and attention to detail lead her to becoming highly relied
upon in the Food & Beverage department. Having honed her skills in breakfast
service and mini bar duties, Maria sought to further develop her skills in other areas of
Food & Beverage operations. She became very proficient in both restaurant dinner
service as well as Banquets operations where she soon came to be left in sole charge
of conferences and events.
Maria displayed a keen interest in our hotel and our company overall. So much so that
she was driven to reaching personal development goals she had set in her 6 monthly
reviews.
In the time that I have known Maria, I have found her to be very genuine and polite.
She has only ever displayed a positive attitude whilst on duty and she would often
forgo her own time to help cover shifts at short notice.
In support of Maria’s future endeavours, I would have no hesitation in saying that she
is an absolute pleasure to work with and an asset to our hotel.
