The knowledge regarding how to do the online banking and basic computer operating knowledge is necessary but some people do not know about internet banking. So some people go with transaction of traditional way. And compared to Banks Abroad, Indian banks or state bank of India offering online services still have a long way to go. It is passing through into growth phase of its development cycle.
