available for filling of any selected gas, all filled cylinders move
to FCR (Filled Cylinder Room), only filled cylinders are available
during gas sales, keeps an account of cylinders lying with
customer and when the cylinder is returned the cylinder rent at
pre-decided rates are worked out for excess retention period.
