  6. 6. Average time spent on Facebook and Twitter increased 200% and 368% respectively
  7. 7. Facebook alone catering to 500 million users
  8. 8. 150 million access via mobile devices
  9. 9. Twitter growing 579% in annual unique visitors (Nielsen, 2010)
  10. 10. SM marketing to grow 34% annually over the next 5 years

  19. 19. Smartphone owners have the world at their fingertips. What this means is that at any given moment, any smartphone owner can pull out their device, fire up a barcode scanning application, scan a code and complete activities or gain access to a wealth of immediately relevant information. What this means for you: we can create barcodes for you that either link to your website, facebook page, twitter page, or any other url! Also with a barcode, we can introduce a contest or any kind of special offer! We would recommend to create barcodes that link to your facebook and/or twitter and print the code either on postcards, banners, etc. (that you can display in your practice) Also, these barcodes can be used to conduct contests on your facebook profiles! We will work on a contest idea for you! <br />

  23. 23. Location services will grow in popularity as people get more comfortable checking in to a business. It's time to utilize sites, such as Foursquare, Facebook Places and Gowalla. These sites will help us better target prospects' likes and interests, pique interest and influence purchase decisions by offering discounts, promotions or giveaways when they “check in” to your business. We will come up with a strategy for you to incorporate Facebook Places. <br />

  26. 26. Strategy 3<br />Mobile Marketing <br />
  27. 27. As the mobile arena grows, we should continue to move marketing campaigns to mobile phones. MessageBuzz and Enowit offer tiered levels of service and free demo accounts that allow us to test a mobile-marketing campaign. We can start by incorporating a mobile widget onto your site to help collect mobile numbers through an automated system and create campaigns specific to area codes or regions.<br />

A Tweet-a-thon is a fundraising campaign on Twitter or Facebook for which users encourage their followers to tweet about and donate to a particular charitable cause over a specific period of time. These initiatives will gain in popularity as savvy entrepreneurs capitalize on the relationship-building advantages of social media and the good publicity that comes with giving back. We recommend to choose a cause for 2011 and get back to us, so we can plan the campaign for you! <br />

As teleseminars become overused and tired, interactive web seminar platforms will step in to fill that market need.<br />New presentation platforms such as and are incorporating easy-to-build presentation tools with social media, live feeds and video. People online want to see the presenter, not just listen over a bridge line. We will start to put together some information about your business in form of a presentations and upload these information to your new profiles on these platforms. <br />
