a guideline to adhere to in the modern world but They are quite often
a necessity.
2. We all communicate every day but when we incorporate these 7 cs,
we communicate more effectively with more credibility and
effectiveness.
3. Now, on the concluding note, I want to share one example where
all the 7 C’s are being applied.
Example
Imagine you're a manager at a company and you need to deliver a presentation to your
team about a new project. You want to ensure that your message is understood clearly,
efficiently, completely, and in a coherent manner. You also want to ensure that your
message is accurate, appropriate, courteous, and considerate of your audience's
needs.
1. Clear communication: You begin your presentation with a clear overview of the
project, explaining what it is, why it's important, and what the goals are.
2. Concise communication: You keep your presentation concise by focusing on the
most important points and using visuals to help illustrate your message.
3. Complete communication: You provide all necessary information about the project,
including timelines, resources, and potential challenges.
4. Coherent communication: You organize your presentation in a logical and sequential
manner, making it easy for your audience to follow along and understand your
message.
5. Correct communication: You ensure that your message is accurate by double-
checking your data and facts, and you avoid making assumptions or exaggerating
your claims.
6. Courteous communication: You show respect and consideration towards your
audience by acknowledging their time, interest, and contribution to the project.
7. Considerate communication: You take into account the needs, perspectives, and
emotions of your audience by addressing any potential concerns, answering
questions, and seeking feedback.
