Essential Ingredients:
Canapes (Dip Canapes)
Potato
Carrot
Beans
Corn kernels
Capsicum
Paneer
: One packet
: 1 boiled and finely chopped

: 10-12 boiled and finely chopped

: 2-3 tablespoons
Moong Sprouts
: 1 Cup
Sev/Aloo Bhujiya
: 1 Cup
Tamarind and Date Chutney
: 1/2 cup
Green Chutney (Mint+corriander) : 1/4 cup
Tomato ketchup
: 1/4 cup
Cheese
: 100 gm grated
Salt
: To taste

Fry the Canape in oil until crispy and light brown (takes about 5 seconds).
Mix all the vegetables and fill the canapes with the above ingredients mentioned.
Top each one with 1 tsp of tomato ketchup, green chutney and tamarind chutney.
Season it with cheese and Bhujiya Sev.
Canapes are ready to serve.
