Organizations use the standard to demonstrate the ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements. It is the most popular standard in the ISO 9000 series and the only standard in the series to which organizations can certify. Advantages 1. Quality issues at DSI include shoe inability to attract customers, shoe brittleness, lack of diversity in footwear, lack of cost-effectiveness, lack of uniformity in all showrooms, inadequate customer service, DSI bags, There are issues such as the quality of the ingredients used for the bottles being substandard. These include the inability to switch back and the lack of attractive showrooms. DSI does not have a working environment for customers to wear comfortable shoes and to inspect shoes. Another problem we see is that customers are not able to pick and choose the products they want. This shows the quality problems of DSI. Here are some suggestions on how to look or get an appointment for antique items in DSI. Focusing on the diversified footwear market by their manufacturer in comparison to other footwear manufacturers. Also, to ensure that all showrooms in the country maintain co-production. Also maintain the packaging of the product in the showroom, in front of the showroom, inside the showroom and other facilities available there to attract customers. Innovative products should be considered in comparison with other manufacturing companies. The raw material used by the DSI must be modified and the production process modified to fit in a higher quality rubber. Online purchases need to be enhanced for easier purchases within DSI. DSI tires should focus on tire manufacturing in a way that builds trust among consumers. It should also allow the company to advertise in the market in a way that preserves the quality of the existing products. Finally, DSI can provide solutions to quality problems in this way.
