PORTARIA PRES/INSS Nº 1.410, DE 3 DE FEVEREIRO DE 2022
Altera o Anexo III da Resolução nº 173/INSS/PRES, de 19 de
janeiro de 2012.
O PRESIDENTE DO INSTITUTO NACIONAL DO SEGURO SOCIAL - INSS, no uso das atribuições
que lhe confere o Decreto nº 9.746, de 8 de abril de 2019, e considerando o que consta no Processo
Administrativo nº 35014.406163/2021-61, resolve:
Art. 1º O Anexo III da Resolução nº 173/INSS/PRES, de 19 de janeiro de 2012, passa a vigorar
com as seguintes alterações:
ANEXO III - GERÊNCIAS-EXECUTIVAS E AGÊNCIAS DA PREVIDÊNCIA SOCIAL

de Tecnologia e Informações da Previdência - Dataprev, adotar as providências de caráter técnico e
administrativo para a concretização deste Ato.
Art. 3º Esta Portaria entra em vigor em 15 de fevereiro de 2022.
