  3. 3. Easter Sunday Forecast 12 th April 2009 Time: 03:00 Summary: By Now, rain should begin to near Western shores of Scotland. The rain may be heavy over Ireland for a time. Elsewhere cloud will continue to build ahead of the front. Temperatures may drop low enough for a frost for a short time in places. Although this will probably change, at this stage it could be very wet in Ireland and Western Scotland. It will turn quite breezy or windy for many places though worst in the North.
