In Conclusion…∗ Things have worked well so far, no issue worth noting.∗ Our remaining challenge is how to link employees who do not have computers at their desk.∗ Response to system is overwhelmingly positive.∗ As internal system expertise increases, we’ll improve aesthetics and consider use of other languages.∗ 2 cents worth of advice: “Design to match organisational strategy, Implement to match organisational capacity.”
