  3. 3.  The teacher needs to understand the content to deliver effective instruction to all of the diverse needs of the students.
  4. 4.  The teacher needs to know all of information about the students from their age, race, birthday, address, etc.

  7. 7. A teacher should have all materials ready at hand for the lesson.
