  4. 4. Pier „Definition  PIER is used generically to refer to lightweight, web- based applications tailored to a devices (such as a Smartphone or tablet PC) form factor and input- output interfaces (touch pad etc).  Synonyms (rare / outdated: App, WebApp)

CEO & FounderPierman “Private”  Matthias Glatschke (not Bruce Wyne)- entrepreneur and an experienced executive at the crossroads of music and technology.  2004: founding m2any GmbH (€ 150 k from leading German seed investor)  2005: € 2.5 Million by strategic investor MAGIX AG  then m2any became a technology leader in audio identification and music recommendation.  2007: m2any was successfully sold to MAGIX AG and is operating today as mufin GmbH employing more than 25 experts  After l left mufin end of 2009 focusing on Songpier (conceptual design, prototype development).
