  2. 2. The following slides represent the step-by-step hotel bookingprocess. Most views are from the administrator view; other staffmembers may have a different view. The screen shots representa real company that currently employs the MHNSaves forBusiness Travel Platform.Additional customization options are available upon request.The information contained in this document is confidential and cannot be reproduced.
  3. 3. Log In Screen: Here a user would type in his/her USER ID (Corporateemail address) and password.
  4. 4. Home Screen (Administrator’s View): This dashboard provides a realtime view of all pending, cancelled and / or completed reservations forhotels and cars.
  5. 5. Resource Management : This provides Administrators the ability tomanage employees, provide or revoke access to the travel gateway andallow editing of the individual employees profile as needed (see Employeeprofile view for an Administrator). Data is synchronized real time.
  6. 6. Reservation Portal (Admin.): The reservation portal providesadministrators the ability to manage the types of hotels an authorizedemployee can book in the system based upon various selected.
  7. 7. Hotel Reservation/Search: Search a hotel in a specific location fordates selected as an Administrator from the travel gateway. The beloware the search results. An Administrator would click on “Go” to make areservation.
  8. 8. Hotel Search: Select a rate that meets the travelers needs and click“Go” again. Not shown in the below are the hotel pictures, description,google map/street views and other relevant information about the hotel.
  9. 9. Hotel Reservation: The following screen shows reservation details pagefor completion of the reservation. You are able to select the traveler, anyspecial requests, loyalty number if available for that brand, and creditcard information.
  10. 10. Hotel Reservation /Confirmation: After submitting the information, thehotel reservation is complete. An email with all the hotel details will be sentto the traveler also available in the Administrators portal to manage asnecessary.

Once the reservation is complete,points accrued would be eligible for thecash back rebate which would be paiddirectly to the company.This information is only viewable bydefined Administrators.The check will be sent to the companybased on the selected frequency ofpayment i.e., monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, or annually.The cash back rebate representsearnings from all reservationscompleted in the specified time frame.
