This document describes the contents of the Myron Smith Jr. Manuscript Collection, which contains research materials on various topics related to the Civil War and naval history. The collection consists of 11 file boxes containing folders with manuscript drafts, notes, photographs, and other research materials for numerous unpublished books and articles written by Myron Smith Jr. The collection also includes records of published books written by Smith and newspaper clippings about his work.
