With a focus on .NET but a passion for polyglot, I've spent over 15 years as a software engineer, writing code for web applications both large and small. Prior to taking a more public-facing role at DataStax, I worked as a software engineer at Hobsons on systems used by hundreds of colleges and universities across the U.S. and the World. I am fascinated by distributed systems and love open source, particularly all the great projects that have grown-up in the .NET community over the last few years. While I enjoy speaking and helping others learn, my real passion will always be writing code. Specialties: C#, ASP.NET MVC, Cassandra, Oracle, MS SQL Server, Knockout.js, jQuery, SaaS
