Decision making, productivity analysis and rework, correct addressing risks and blocks and alignment of the product with the business need can be difficult in an agile project where everything needs to be addressed quickly.
I'll demonstrate how with a simple Visual Management Tool - Situation Wall - can improve product quality, design and agile process. I will present the concept, practical examples and results on projects with different contexts.
The goal of the lecture will demonstrate an innovative visual management applied in Scrum teams, on projects with different sizes and contexts, which provides strong alignment of goals and agility in decision making
I'll expose a simple and non-bureaucratic way to highlight issues such as scope, productivity, speed, risk management, and quality metrics for agile projects, according to the following dynamics:
- History of Wall Situation
How it was created and the evolution process;
- What is it and how to use the Situation Wall
Each of visual indicators in detail (Business Value, Customer Expectations, Solution / Deliverables, Status Indicators through, Roadmap, Process, Risk and Schedule);
All results can we expect for the team and all indirectly involved;
