Em	2016,	a	Natura	tomou	a	decisão	de	dedicar	ao	público	masculino	um	olhar	mais	completo	e	profundo.	
Realizou	pesquisas	nacionais	e	internacionais	para	melhor	compreender	os	contornos	do	conceito	de	
masculinidade	e	descobriu	que	a	definição	de	masculinidade	vem	sendo	vivenciada	pela	maioria	dos	homens	
como	uma	moldura	bastante	rígida	e	muitas	vezes	sufocante.	Macho	e	machista	são	palavras	que	erroneamente	
se	confundem.	Um	estereótipo	que	causa	sofrimento	para	homens	que	se	sentem	privados	do	direito	de	
expressar	sua	afetividade,	amor,	sensibilidade,	acolhimento	da	diversidade	e	outros	sentimentos	fundamentais	
para	a	expressão	de	um	verdadeiro	senso	de	humanidade	e	inteireza.	
A	Full	Jazz	foi	escolhida	para	desenvolver	todo	o	projeto	estratégico	e	criativo	do	lançamento	da	nova	linha	
Natura	Homem:	do	branding	à	criação,	mídia	e	coordenação	de	produção	de	todo	o	projeto	de	estratégia	
e	comunicação	online	e	off-line.	
Para	todas	as	atividades	relacionadas	ao	universo	digital,	a	Full	Jazz	escolheu	como	parceira	a	V/Beta,	que	
conseguiu	com	uma	verba	bastante	limitada	um	resultado	extraordinário.	(Vide	quadro	detalhado	em	anexo).
Transformamos	Natura	Homem	numa	grande	celebração	de	todas	as	maneiras	de	ser	homem.	
As	peças	de	comunicação	(para	TV	aberta,	TV	fechada,	internet,	cinema,	out-of-home,	totens	em	shoppings	etc.)	
têm	um	tom	ao	mesmo	tempo	contundente	e	libertador,	numa	linguagem	completamente	inovadora	e	fora	do	chamado	
“publicitês”.	Ou	seja:	a	campanha	de	Natura	Homem	é	tão	verdadeira,	livre	e	corajosa	quanto	o	novo	homem.	
Resultados:	Em	poucos	meses,	Natura	Homem	apresentou	crescimento	de	62%	em	perfumaria,	54%	em	barba	
e	36%	em	rosto,	justamente	os	itens	mais	destacados	pela	campanha.	
Na	pesquisa	de	avaliação	da	campanha,	o	filme	Produtos	foi	o	único	caso	na	história	da	Natura	a	receber	a	nota	máxima	
(verde)	em	todos	os	itens	pesquisados,	tanto	nas	perguntas	que	mensuram	o	envolvimento	emocional	
(Amar	Natura	Homem)	como	nas	que	mensuram	o	lado	racional	(Persuasão).	E	a	campanha	como	um	todo	também	
recebeu	a	pontuação	máxima:	verde.	
Reconhecimento:	Em	sua	primeira	inscrição	num	grande	festival	internacional,	o	FIAP	–	FESTIVAL	IBEROAMERICANO	
DE	PUBLICIDADE	–	o	filme	de	Natura	Homem	já	recebeu	o	prêmio	maior:	Medalha	de	Ouro.
