  11. 11. Stage 3) Technical Implementation coding, programming, uploading the content onto the CMS, user testing… Outcome: The Global website. Delivered.

November - April 15th 2008: Concept creation, Design and technical implementation of the website Project February 24th: Internal Launch of the website at International Presidents Meeting to Presidents and alumni March 11th-March 31st: Global Expros Conferences: Internal Launch of Global Website to members and testing April 15th: Go-live date! Public Launch of the Global, Country and Local websites .
