2004 – Current – Practicing artist and maker, creating and selling textile products and
Fine Art through galleries, boutiques and craft shops all over the country. Exhibiting
regularly in solo and group shows. I have ten years experience of working to commission
on several projects and one off pieces. Delivering workshops and one to one tutoring. I
also volunteer for the animal charity The Cinnamon Trust.
2014 – Current – The Gift People, Knaresborough – Part Time Arts and Crafts Activity
Instructor – Teaching people with learning difficulties and disabilities a variety of Arts
and Crafts disciplines, one to one and group work.
2011 – 2014 - Bootham School, York, Art and Textiles Technician - Assisting students
with their portfolios , individual tutoring on textile and fine art based projects. I also
taught after school activities on a range of textile and printmaking subjects. I am highly
experienced in display, exhibition planning and highly skilled in creating exhibitions.

2012/ 2013 – Assisted with the running of Bootham Schools annual Art Festival
Facilitating several arts and textile workshops.
2012 – Worked with Bootham Junior school, organizing and facilitating several fabric
puppet making workshops with large groups of children
2011 – Created a large hanging paper display in Bootham School Hall ceiling made up
from small paper sculptures the children had made
