Mission: to bring 5-star hotel project to completion; completion of Interior Design phase and
FF & E - fit-out, snagging and defects for this luxury development, managing handover to hotel
operator.
Responsible for the execution of the Contract in terms of the main contractual obligations.
The project is a 5 star Hotel & Resort with 356 bays, convention centre , spa and various
amenities now entering in FF & E phase. Soft-opening is scheduled for March 2011. Budget
approx. $ 100 Millions.
