Working Conditions<br />Pharmacist work in a clean , well lighted, well ventilated areas.<br />Most of the work time is on your feet.<br />Working with protective gear such as gloves, masks, and other protective equipment.<br />Work about 40 hours a week.<br />19% of Pharmacists work part time<br />Pharmacists may have to work nights, holidays, and weekends.<br />
  5. 5. Education<br />Must earn Pharm.D. license from accredited college or school of pharmacy.<br />Pharm.D. Is now required instead of Bachelors degree.<br />Must have completed 2 years of specific study<br />Pharm.D. usually takes 4 years.<br />
