After reading Patrick Lencioni's Five Dysfunctions of a Team, I decided to apply the concepts to the church. Here are the five dysfunctions of a church, members:
1. do not trust one another.
2. do not/rarely engage in unfiltered conflict around ideas.
3. do not commit to decisions and plans of actions.
4. do not hold one another accountable for delivering against those plans.
5. do not focus on the achievement of collective results.
