Review Pro: Leverage online reputation and guest satisfaction survey analytics
to enhance guest experiences and increase revenue. They are offering a panel of
6 objectives all thanks to the company itself and their resources. They are more
like a Management or Consulting Company.
Reputami: A pro-level online reputation management tools in a refreshingly
simple and usable interface. They are combining a lot of OTA’s feedbacks to get
credible in the eyes of the customers.
Review Pro : A panel of 6 services :Reputation Management,
Guest Survey Solution, Revenue Optimizer, Destination
Analytic, Hotel Investment Analytic, Reputation Management
Reputami: 6 resources as well but introduced differently :
Review Management, Semantic Topic Analysis, Rich Guest
Profiles, Customer search, Instant notification, Widget &
Data Available to the Hotel
Reviewpro: Everything from the clients, their feedbacks,
where they are from, what industry they work for and how
active they are online.
Reputami: Which OTA’s they booked through, how active
they are socialy and their different interests.
Reviewpro: They are using a numeric percentage to rate the

guest influence.The reservation list for the upcoming day gives information
advantage to know exactly who will walk through the hotel’s door tomorrow.”
They help to distinguish the guests among them. The marketing can segment
their market and campaign regarding this information.

ReviewPro: They provide a lot of resources like some
Webinars, guides, industry reports and case study. However,
in case of question you need to contact them on “contat us”.
Reputami: They have a chatbot, very useful and easy to find
for the people using it in case of question. They also have
plans and pricing or Reseller program.
Preferences & Benefits
Jenny: I’m more into Reputami as the name is more catching
for me but also the Chatbot is cool and more engaging to me.
The interaction is really important to me, it’s also innovative
and easier to use.
Louis: For me Review pro has more weight as it is setting the
goals and the objectives in a more serious way. The word from
the GM is something I appreciate to read as much as the
presentation of the Ressources.
ReviewPro: More educative with the Webinar and the guides
and offering a guest survey.
Reputami: More interactive and also more approachable for
the people using it.
