Cellulite diet

  1. 1. How To Get Rid of Cellulite
  2. 2. Cellulite is deposited fat, but it differs from usual fat deposits. It appears in the fibrous connective tissue region of skin. It’s not easy for the body to reach inside that part of the skin to look for energy reserves to burn. It’s like fat has cocooned itself and has no intention of coming out. 7. 7. You can do this exercise sitting or standing. You can also set the resistance as high or as low as you want. Setting the right weight can help you achieve the right form and make progress. To find more exercises for thighs click this link
  8. 8. In plank position, and move your toes apart and then place them together again. It’s hard in beginning, but this is a great exercise for the muscles of both the inner and outer thighs. To find more exercises for thighs click this link
  9. 9. Stand tall, place a plate under one foot, and slowly lean to the side. Be very careful not to go too fast because you can easily go all the way to a split. The good thing here is that controlling every muscle in our legs enables us to direct more effort toward our inner thighs. To find more exercises for thighs click this link
  10. 10. Stand upright on one leg and lift the one as far as you can to the side. Watch the position of your foot. While you’re raising your leg to the side, make sure that your heel is going up first and not your toes. This is very important because it helps you lock your hip, which then engages just your outer thighs. When you can easily do 10-12 repetitions, you can put some weights on your ankles. 11. 11. Lie down on your mat sideways and lift your leg up. Again, make sure that your heel is going up before your toes do; that way, you’ll lock your hip and engage just your outer thigh. More exercises for thighs click this link
  12. 12. This is another favorite piece of equipment in the gym. Make sure that you set the right weight and to do it properly. You can achieve excellent isolation with this one. To find more exercises for thighs click this link
  13. 13. This is similar to a standard lunge, but you just go to the side instead of straight ahead. Start with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms in front of you or crossed on your shoulders with your elbows facing in front of you. In a steady, controlled motion, step to the side and put your weight on that leg and slowly come back to your starting position. To find more exercises for thighs click this link
  14. 14. Stand tall, with your feet shoulder-width apart, your toes pointing slightly to the side, arms crossed on your shoulders, and elbows pointing in front and slightly upward. Bend your knees like you want to sit on a chair, paying attention not to bend your back. Your knees should remain aligned with your toes and follow the direction of your toes as you bend them. Always look up because if you look down, you’ll probably bend your back. Go to the position where your hamstrings are parallel to the floor. More exercises for buttocks click this link
  15. 15. Standing straight up with your hands on your hips and looking in front of you and upwards. Take a big step forward and squat on that leg, making sure your front knee never passes in front of your toes. Stand up on the front leg and repeat with your other leg. Do 10 steps moving forward and then turn around and do 10 more back in the direction from whence you started. You should feel a good burn in your buttocks. More exercises for buttocks click this link
  16. 16. Bring your feet together, straighten your knees, and go down with weights in your hands. Do not bend your knees, keep your back straight, push your hips back as far as you can, and then stand up. It’s very important to look in front of you at all times. Don’t look down. Do not max out your reps with this one–seventy percent should be more than enough. To find more exercises for buttocks click this link
  17. 17. These are similar to lunges, only here your back leg is on a bench or Pilates ball. Bring your back knee down as far as you can, as close to the floor as possible without touching the floor. Your back should remain straight, your front knee shouldn’t move past the line of your front toes, and you should look straight in front of you. To find more exercises for buttocks click this link
  18. 18. Lai down on your mat, bend your knees, keep your feet slightly apart, and put your hands beside your body (either on your chest or behind ears, depending in how good shape you are). Lift your torso until you reach sitting position, exhale, slowly go back down, and inhale. Do 10-20 reps. To find more exercises for abs click this link
  19. 19. Lai down on your mat, keeping your legs straight and your arms straight behind your head. Breathe in and while exhaling, lift both your arms and legs and then hug your legs with your arms. Inhale while you’re going down. To find more exercises for abs click this link
  20. 20. Lay down on your mat, keeping your legs straight with your hands under your buttocks. Lift your straight legs up while exhaling. Then bring your legs down slowly to within a couple of inches from the floor, hold this position for a moment, and go back up. It’s important not to arch your lower back, so make sure that your lower back is on the floor the entire time. To find more exercises for abs click this link
  21. 21. Sit on your mat and lift your legs up. You can bend them or keep them straight; it’s up to you. Hold your hands together in front of you and with your arms straight, touch the floor on one side and then on the other. Repeat this 20-30 times for each side. You should feel a burn in your obliques. To find more exercises for abs click this link

  24. 24. No matter how much you train or how healthy your lifestyle is, fat and cellulite will just keep growing without a proper diet.
