Subject: New comment (#1) on 'Slideshare presentation: Web 2.0 Marketing Strategies for the Rest of Us now includes embedded video, which can now be viewed directly from Slideshare.net without login or download.'

'I think that's one h### of a presentation; the scope was far too wide to absorb in an single-sitting so I will grab some tea, ensure the family are otherwise occupied and will go through it again making notes. The technology and the thoughts that it provokes is impressive and I will comment further when I have ran it again; initial reaction though is 'nice one!''

  • There is an essential youtube video following Slide 9 (19 minutes) which is the very best and most succinct history of the web, followed by predictions for the years ahead. Kevin Kelly: Predicting the Next 5,000 Days of the Web (a TedTalk, originally from Ted.com) is essential to the presentation.
