The Sustainability Concept is effective • The granter of the building rights imposes a sustainability character on the projects • Increased need for discussion and planning effort among the building owners and planners • Different requirements and the multiple-eye principle leads to a broader view and mature projects • Planning takes longer and leads to higher quality • Criteria catalogs can be used as control tools, leaving decisions open Important: The sustainability committee sets a common thread at milestone meetings.
