Step One <ul><li>Find homeowner who can’t afford their payments. </li></ul><ul><li>Call Liz to do a quick comp search on the property to ensure that it meets our criteria </li></ul><ul><li>Explain that you know an investor who may be able to help them that may purchase their home. There is no cost to our services. </li></ul>

Step Two <ul><li>Once you have the approval that the property meets our buying criteria. </li></ul><ul><li>Give the homeowner the list of required documents </li></ul><ul><li>Once the homeowner has all the documents, have the homeowner contact Liz to schedule a meeting. Required Documentation <ul><li>Copies of Last 2 years taxes </li></ul><ul><li>Copies of Last 2 months bank statements </li></ul><ul><li>Copies of last 2 pay stubs for all in the family </li></ul><ul><li>Hardship letter </li></ul><ul><li>Copy of most recent mortgage statement (For the First mortgage and the second if applicable) </li></ul><ul><li>Financial Statements </li></ul>
