    5. 5. (1) customer enters information • Customer needs to be approved by call center • (note there are two tasks in the Call center queue)

    7. 7. (3) A notification email is received • It uses the customer registration data (from step 1) • (the emails are generated using Harmony templates)

    16. 16. Creating dialogs (user interface) • Dialog items show the fields on the UI • The item “company onboarding” will be used to control the workflow (see next slide) • Harmony supports multiple languages
