Walmart has agreed to sell British grocery chain Asda to J. Sainsbury, creating the U.K.’s biggest grocer in a deal worth about $10B. The retailer will retain about 42% of the combined company.

“Avengers: Infinity War” had the biggest opening weekend box office ever, making an estimated $630M globally. The film also edged out “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” for top domestic slot, raking in $250M in the U.S.
Sprint Deal
After years of talks, T-Mobile has agreed to buy Sprint for $26B. T-Mobile chief John Legere would lead the combined company, which would bring together more than 127 million customers — big enough to rival Verizon and AT&T.
