Jeff Jones, the former Target CMO, is leaving after less than a year following multiple recent management and PR crises at the company.

Appealed one of two rulings which froze his second travel ban. The White House challenged the decision by a Maryland federal judge, who found the executive order violated the constitution by discriminating against a specific religion.

Musical pioneer Chuck Berry died on Saturday in Missouri. Berry, who helped chart the course of rock ’n’ roll, was 90 years old.
