Spotify begins trading today, taking the unusual route of an NYSE direct listing. Analysts say the music-streaming firm could be valued at $43B.

CBS
CBS is preparing to make an all-stock offer for Viacom.  A re-combined CBS and Viacom — the two were joined from 2000 to 2006 — would give the media giant a leg up against rivals like Netflix. 

Panera Bread
Panera may have been leaking customer data from online orders for the past eight months, according to cybersecurity experts. The fast casual chain says it has resolved the issue.
