Sears CEO Eddie Lampert proposed his hedge fund buy its Kenmore brand, along with other divisions and potentially real estate. The move would bring in cash for the struggling retailer.

At least 10 people are dead and 15 injured in Toronto after a driver plowed a van into crowds on Monday. Canadian authorities say they have arrested 25-year-old suspect Alek Minassian and are working to determine the motivation for the attack.

Set TV
Amazon, Netflix and six Hollywood studios are suing a rival streaming service. The suit alleges that Set TV pirated content and seeks an injunction against it as well as $150,000 per copyright infringement.
