A three-year class-action lawsuit against Lyft that fought the classification of its drivers as independent contractors has been settled for $27M.

Will replace its star ratings system with a thumbs up/down model. An A/B test showed thumbs led to 200% more ratings.

MuleSoft will be the year's first major enterprise software IPO, with an initial market cap of roughly $2.14 billion. Some believe this IPO will be more representative than Snap of the tech IPO market.
