The Justice Dept. will allow Bayer to buy Monsanto after the companies agreed to sell additional assets to address antitrust concerns. The deal, if completed, will make Bayer the world’s biggest seller of pesticides and seeds.
Credit Cards
American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover will stop requiring signatures by the end of the month for certain transactions. Retailers will be able to decide to request a signature or not.
