Has gotten permission from the FAA to start drone testing in the US, on one of six approved sites. The compromise? Alphabet needs to share data from its 'Project Wing' research with the government.

Plunged after Hong Kong-based exchange Bitfinex announced that it had been hacked. The currency's value dropped as much as 20% on the news that 119,756 Bitcoins (about $65 - $72M, before and after the currency drop) were stolen.

Companies are sitting on a cash mountain totaling $1.2 trillion — and that doesn't even include brokerages and banks. That is an 18% increase in the latest quarter, the biggest jump in six years.
