  7. 7. Shepard Fairey Remix is all about making references; references are how you establish a point of view in popular culture, and they are crucial to my work as an artist.
  8. 8. <ul><li>If we take away remix then we will make pirates of our children. We can not kill this form of expression only criminalize it. Can’t make Remixers passive but we can make them pirates. </li></ul>Larry Lessig
