Make an Impact: key program benefits The events are a great way for Alcoa to demonstrate its commitment to sustainability and to give employees the chance to engage with eco-friendly businesses and local non-profits. The Green Fair is the result of a partnership between Alcoa Foundation and the Center for Climate and Energy Solutions’ (C2ES) Make an Impact program. The partnership aims to mobilize individual action on the twin challenges of energy and climate change.
