Home-Made Pizza Ingredients Equipment  Spray Oil  75 Grams of Bacon  75 Grams of Salami  ½ Capsicum  1 Tin of Pineapple  Mushrooms  ½ Cup of Milk  2 Sachets of Yeast ( 7 grams each )  4 Cups of Plain Flour  2 Teaspoons of Sugar  1 Cup of Warm Water  2 Tablespoons of Garlic  1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil  4 Tablespoons of Tomato Paste  80 Grams of Cheddar Cheese ( Grated )  180 Grams of Mozzarella Cheese (Grated)  2 Cutting Boards  2 Knives  2 Pizza Trays  Rolling Pin  Spoon  Sifter  Fork  Strainer  Glass  Measuring Jug & Cups  Can Opener  Large Mixing Bowl  Small Mixing Bowl Method 1- Preheat oven to 200c 2- Wash and Chop Capsicum 3- Wash, Peel and Chop Mushrooms 4- Chop Bacon and Salami 5- Strain Pineapple Into Glass Cup
  2. 2. 6- Once Flour is Compacted, Sprinkle Four on Bench And Knead Flour Dough for 5mins (Fold, Press and Turn) 7- Once Silky Smooth, Divide into 2 Bases, Roll out Evenly 8- Prick Air Holes into Bases with a Fork 9- Bake at 200c for 5mins 10- Mix 4 Tablespoons of Tomato Paste and 2 Teaspoons of Garlic into a small bowl 11- Spread 2 Tablespoons of Tomato Paste Mix on Each Base with the back of a Spoon 12- Add thin layer of Cheddar Cheese onto each base 13- Add Veggies and Meat onto base followed by a thick layer of Mozzarella Cheese 14- Bake for 15-20mins 15- Cut, Serve and Enjoy 
