Caramel slice recipe

  1. 1.  2 Medium bowls  18cm x 28cm lamington pan  Packing paper  Measuring cups  Microwave bowl  Medium saucepans  Measuring spoons
  2. 2. Preheat the oven to 160 to 180 degrees. Grease a 18cm x 28cm pan and line it with baking paper
  3. 3.  Put 125g of butter in a microwave bowl and melt for 30 seconds on high
  4. 4.  Get a medium bowl combine 1cup flour, ½ cup brown sugar, ½ cup desiccated coconut and melted butter, mix well.
  5. 5.  Press mixture firmly into pan you prepared earlyer.bake for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned. Let it stand to cool
  6. 6.  Place 100g extra butter , 2 cans of condensed milk and (80g) of golden syrup in a medium saucepan tir it over low heat until to looks/ feels smooth.
  7. 7.  smooth.pour over cooked crum base and bake for 20-25 minues until its golden. Alow to cool.
  8. 8.  Melt 200g chocolate and 1TBSP vegetable oil on a low heat and stir till all combine
  9. 9.  Pour the melted chocolate and oil evenly over the slice.  ENJOY YOUR CARAMEL SLICE..
