  15. 15. You can use this mechanism to increase your response rates when dealing with high volumes by introducing a smarter way of building templates.

Personalisation doesn’t have to be limited to using the recipient’s name or inserting one of their interests in the message. Read through their profile and try using the same language as your potential candidate.
